Case study: Launching a digital strategy in the Diocese of Lansing
The challenge: Build a digital audience for the diocese to reach Catholics who are not involved with their faith, as well as people in the diocese who are unaffiliated with any faith but are spiritual seekers.

The outcome: E-newletter sent to nearly 40,000 recipients each week with an average open rate of 20% and click-throughs of 5%, well above the averages for similar content. In the first year of the new content site's launch, new users increased by 89%. Even without paid advertising, engagement with the site and its social platforms continues to grow organically. |
