At FAITH Catholic, we believe that God gives each of us certain gifts, and that employing those gifts in our work life makes us more successful. But we're not only trying to be successful. We want to be happy and fulfilled, because we know that's why God created us. Every FAITH employee takes the Clifton Strengths Assessment to learn the strengths that each of us brings to our company. Playing to our strengths makes for greater contentment in our jobs and helps us to feel proud and accomplished in our work.

We're an engaged workplace

In addition to subscribing to the philosophy of the Clifton Strengths Assessment, FAITH Catholic also works closely with the Gallup Organization to ensure that our leadership team is guiding our company toward full engagement. Every year, we take a company-wide engagement survey to assess how members of our staff perceive their roles. We're not a perfect workplace (because no workplace is), but we are... close. We're proud to be among Gallup's top 1% of highly engaged work environments.

We're a Catholic company owned by the Church, so obviously, our mission is faith-based. But we also hold dear the truth that Jesus Christ is the reason for our work, and that he is the source of our happiness in this life and the next.
